Effect windows and dementia!

I am spacing out here.  Just reinstalled everything and can't get more that one effect/plugin window to show at a time.  Does anyone remember where this can be changed?  Sorry for the dementia!

    Found it!  "Recycle Plug-in Windows" UNCHECK!  Left this here in case it's useful.

    Or leave Recycle enabled, and hold Ctrl while opening additional windows.
