The problem with the serial number

22/01/2017 I'm an external sound card "TASCAM US2x2", it was the serial number on the product SONAR LE. When I tried to aktivirovat LB their account, the website wrote that the serial number is already activated for another account. The box was unpacked just as I do?
I did not find on the site due to the technical support!
