AD2 map for Superior Drummer

I got a really useful Toontrack drum map for use in AD2 last summer (Thanks, Clint Martin!), but now I'm looking for one that goes the other way: I really like the MIDI beats layout in AD2 and want to use those files in SD2 once I've put together a project using AD2.  I head that SD2 included EZPlayer Pro, but that's no longer the case so I want to see if I can make the MIDI work in SD2 without having to buy EZPlayer Pro.  Any ideas...or maps?

Thanks....

Wow - Not sure how I missed that one...it's got a few nuggets in there for mapping ideas.  I'll pass on anything to do with XML, but I'll try the method of changing the MIDI output in the PRV.  Shouldn't take too long.
