SONAR not detecting plugin

SONAR not detecting plugin

I've installed izotrope trash v2.  I've added the install directory to sonar VST plugin directories.  It's not in my add synth menu.  is there anything else I can try?  Other VST show up just fine

    Trash is not a synth. It is an effect.
