LP-EQ 1.0.3.68 ; 28 jan 2017 - When loaded no controls at all Just a square empty box

All I get is the blank box which is black it has the top line there for presets etc that also is empty; this happens on all my PCs so not just on a isolated machine
This is the same case with the latest LP-MB MultiBand 1.0.3.84 - jan 28 2017

Hey there is actually a flag you can set for these plugins now to disable opengl if your graphics card misreports the supported version (the case here I presume).

Try this:
1. Go to C:\Cakewalk Content\LP EQ\Settings
2. open LPEQ.cws in notepad
3. somewhere in that string you will see the words EnableOpenGL="1"
4. change that to EnableOpenGL="0" (make sure not to change any other things)
5. save the file and do the same in C:\Cakewalk Content\LP MB\Settings
6. Try it out and post if that worked for you!

Hope this works out.

This would be a useful addition to a Troubleshooting section in the help files for the plug-ins.

Most definitely, please add this info to the "LP MP" and "LP EQ" documentation.

I experienced different symptoms solved by the steps above.  When either the "LP MP" or "LP EQ" windows were open, the graphics would freeze on all other plugins and the track view slowed to a crawl.  It's explained in this post http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3555553    My graphics card is a bit dated, but appeared to be reporting OpenGL3.3.

Thanks for the work-around.
