vNext C++ problem

I can't install VNext VC++ redistributable package, installer send me message - "undefined error"
My system - Windows 7 Starter
 Without C++ my SONAR Home Studio can't start.

    Which version of the redistributable are you installing? Are you installing the right one for your OS.? Try uninstalling it first, then reinstall. Use the one from the following URL

    Internet always on.

    Software    : Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
    ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples

    Uninstall and reinstall.

    A Google search indicates this problem turns up sometimes and may be down to an incompatibility between the VC++ installer/package and already existing dlls on the PC.

    No any result
    Installation with error,  uninstall successfull
