Melodyne Essentials

Hello... My name is Gordy...Im wondering why all of a sudden my Melodyne Essentials isnt useable in X3 Producer. I thought it came with the software. I had something pop up about licensing and now its gone and essentials isnt available to use. Any help? Thank you.

    While the kb article is about the current versions of SONAR, the information regarding an account at Celemony and location of serial number information is accurate for X3.
