SPLAT 2016.12 Take Lanes!

I just encountered the new take lane functions and found them frustrating. Seems way more difficult to edit clips now.

    I found it a bit clumsy to begin with but once I used it a few times it became quite intuitive. It's a damn site easier than it was when I first started out with tape machines! There's a youtube video showing the workflow of comping take lanes which you will probably find helpful.

    Thanks 35mm. I'll have to learn how to use them... again, but I'm a simple guy and never been a big fan of take lanes. I still prefer how they were in Sonar 8. Since the X series they keep getting more complex. I'd like to stiop learning and just get on with it, ya know.
