Several Sonar Crashes

I am seeing a lot of crashes with sonar since latest update (I have rolled back but I still get the crashes)
1) when sidechaing and it involves as instrument track (compression) sonar always crashes
2) when archiving an instrument track sonar always crashes.

Interesting thing is, this does not happen if the instrument track if first rendered to audio

anybody have any ideas?

You better also provide system specs, audio interface and info about which 3rd party plugs are involved, otherwise there's not even the chance for an educated guess...

    Sorry, First time:)
    audio interface vs-studio 100
    win 10 64 bit
    i56200   *4
    8GB ram
    AMD R7 360 Series

    fails on
Autaria Mini 5 , Syncalvier 5, PPG Wave and all supplied plugins.
when rendered to audio, all is fine, just when sidechaining a vst or archiving a vst

I used to have issues with some of the Arturia soft synths - if I used the VST 3 versions some would crash - so I just switched back to the VST 2 versions (same exact sound quality) and the problems went away for me.

I don't know if it applies to your situation - my modules were from the V Collection 3.
