Platinum User Can't Find L-Phase Plugins

Hey folks - I'm a platinum user and Command Center says both the new L-Phase plugins are installed.  That said, I can't find them inside Sonar.  Any tips on rectifying this?

They should be listed as Audio FX > EQ > LP EQ and Audio FX > Dynamics > LP MB.

Hi. As 35mm says they are listed as LP EQ and LP MB.
Have you tried to do a Vst re-scan? And if that does not work, perhaps a Vst reset and re-scan?
    All the best.

I see LP-64 EQ but when I load it, it looks nothing like the picture of it on the website.  It's blue instead of silver.  And the LP-64 Multiband also looks black and nothing like the picture.  Are they the same just with different skins?

They are the old versions of the plugins you need to look for LP EQ and LP MB.

Did you do a VST reset and re-scan?

Ok... did a Reset and Rescan and now they come up but neither is showing any presets.  And when I look in the path where I think they should be (Cakewalk Content\LP MB\Presets\Mastering for example) nothing is there.  Is there some other place I should be looking?

Do you mean there are not presets in the dropdown box next to the bypass button?

... and now the matter is solved!  Thanks so much.  I was looking up at the standard VSTi preset button in the upper left area of the window.  I'm good now.  Thanks!
