Presonus RM32AI

Recording multiple mics and cannot record effects...only raw audio. What do I need to do to record the effects coming from the Presonus RM32AI to the mix?

Why not track with Presonuses Capture2?  Per page 72 of the manual:

It is possible to process each StudioLive AI mixer input channel with the Fat Channel before the input signal is routed to Capture 2. To do this, engage the Post button in the Dig Out section of the Fat Channel for each channel in your StudioLive AI mixer. This routes the signal post-EQ and post-dynamics processing.

Post on the FAT...this helped. I feel stupid but knew it had to be something simple.
Also does anyone know how to record using VSTs AND use the metronome at the same time? I use a separate bus and even have the metronome set up as a firewire input so I can fade up or down how loud I want it to be. It's a sweet setup but no matter what I do if I'm trying to record...the metronome always records to the VST tracks. I'm guessing the audio interface of the Presonus is kicking the metronome to all firewire outputs? I don't understand since I have it setup as it's own bus. ?? Any thoughts?
