Platinum odd behavior

Good day all,
I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I open project, do some work, rearrange some modules, file save, close project. Open project and find that none of the changes made were actually saved. At least song is saved with any work done. Just odd that none of the moved around items stay where they have been moved. On another note, Vvocal does not seem to work anymore. Open region effect, apply to track, Faded screen appears with the notorious 'Sonar has encountered........etc, etc.
I have been using Melodyne, so no big deal. Maybe ill just remove it. Any comments on keeping it around?

Have you checked if you have a screen set locked?  That plagued me for quite a while before I figured it out.

    Remove what, V-Vocal?

You can't, it's baked into the core program.

To remove V-Vocal, do the following (the pathnames may be slightly wrong as I'm going this from memory but...); the first part os for 64 bit installs, the second for 32 bit:

    Close SONAR
    Command prompt with admin privileges

    cd C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared DXi\VVocal
    regsvr32 /u cronos.dll

    cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Shared DXi\VVocal
    regsvr32 /u cronos.dll

    Windows 7 x64 SP1
    SONAR x86/x64

    Intel Q6600/8GB
    MOTU UltraliteMk3 (USB/ASIO)
