Thanks for response Chuck - i've just had a look ( for me its a bit like looking into a Kaleidoscope with Chinese writing) here are a couple of the things it says :
The Open Procedure for service "WmiApRpl" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmiaprpl.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the error code.
Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.
The program SONARPLT.EXE version 23.1.0.32 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
