Old Mix/New Mix
There have been a couple of threads here about song mix progression. I thought it might be fun to post some of our old songs and their newer versions here.
This is an early version of The Girl Of My Dreams recorded in my Air Force dorm room in 1979. Recorded on a TEAC A-3440, just acoustic guitar and vocals, string squeals, bum chords and all:

Here is the version I recorded using SHS 6 XL about 30 years later:

I am selling my MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS, red and black. PM for more details.
Music Creator 2003, MC Pro 24, SONAR Home Studio 6 XL, SONAR X3e, CbB, Focusrite Saffire, not enough space.
Everything is better with pie.

Mmm, Pancakes.
I like National Pie day, too, coming up in about 4 weeks.
"Is this a Buddy Holly song?"
No, it's an original.
