Possible to Select Multiple Input Devices - Solved

I have an Roland FA08 that has a built in audio interface;  I also have a Tascam US 4x4.  I cannot seem to select both as inputs, only one or the other.  Both work, but only seems to be able to be selected at a time - shown here.   Is this normal?

    Yes as far as I've always been aware, audio input devices are exclusive.

    Asio drivers provides the best performance but only allow one device to be used at a time. This is true unless they are bridged with add-on hardware made specifically for your interface. Other drivers might allow (haven't tried) multi selections but hinder your RTL.

    Asio...makes sense.  I should have thought of that.
