System queued windows error reporting......

Is there some way I can turn off whatever it is in Sonar that tells it to dump GB's worth of of files into this folder - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue - every time it crashes ?

Platinum W7 64 if it matters.

TIA

    Windows Error Reporting is an MS Windows function, not a Sonar/Cakewalk one.

    Windows Disk Cleanup can clear the contents of the folder or you can do it manually.

    It can be turned off completely using Window's local group policy editor.

    Which, if my old notes are correct, is accessed by opening gpedit.msc from the start menu search prompt or from a console window.

    Then go to Computer Configuration ->Administrative Templates -> Systems -> Internet Communication Management
    -> Internet Communication Settings.

    Select Turn Off Windows Error Reporting

    Reboot the PC.

    You might well need to run the policy editor as administrator, can't remember for sure though.

    Sonar Platinum 64bit, Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit, I7 3770K Ivybridge, 16GB Ram, Gigabyte Z77-D3H m/board,
    ATI 7750 graphics+ 1GB RAM, 2xIntel 520 series 220GB SSDs, 1 TB Samsung F3 + 1 TB WD HDDs, Seasonic fanless 460W psu, RME Fireface UFX, Focusrite Octopre.
    Assorted real synths, guitars, mandolins, diatonic accordions, percussion, fx and other stuff.

    Thanks. I'll try this tomorrow. I have been using the disk cleanup function, but as Plat seems to crash quite a lot it's getting a bit boring now. I assumed it was sonar doing it's thing as I have never seen anything in there that is not sonar related.
