Synth rack does not remember its undocked state (2017.01)

I always use my synth rack undocked and have discovered what I believe is a bug. The synth rack does not seem to correctly remember its previous undocked state. I am using Sonar Platinum 2017.01.
 
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open synth rack and undock it
  2. Close the synth rack window
  3. Save your project and close Sonar
  4. Start Sonar and reopen your project
  5. Open synth rack - it will now be docked
If you perform the above steps with the Browser, you will see that the Browser remembers its undocked setting.

    I can confirm this behavior on my system.  Browser remembers docking status and Synth Rack does not remember docking status.  If I watch very closely, I can briefly see the Synth Rack open in the undocked position, but it immediately moves to the docked position.
     
    EDIT:  Running SONAR Platinum 23.1.0 Build 32 [2017.01] x64

    We'll look into it.  The Help Module does the same thing.
