Anyway to shortcut this run around ?
If I want to add an audio effect to an audio clip this is the procedure...
1. Go to Process 2. Go to Audio Effects 3. Go to VST pugs ins 4.go to chosen effect ...open and add effect
Is there any way to create a shortcut direct to say step 3 ..VST plug ins.? When editing many clips it can get quite tedious.

Can you give a use case example? Most of the time you would put the effect on the trick rather than processing each clip individually.

(looks over shoulder to see if scook is going to beat him to it again......) Right click on clip > Insert effect then select the effect you want.

Drag and Drop the FX from the Plugin tab of the Browser. Works for both Clip FX and Track FX. Hope this helps, -- Ron

Off topic, sorry. Ron, I once needed to present the problem I had with moving clips in a such a graphic way, didn't know how to do it. Would you please explain how to make and attach such video?

Running a live clip fx is not the same as using "process", which bounces down, right?

You may be correct...it's 1.30am here..I'll try it tomorrow and see if the clip can be processed rather than just using it as a live efx

I do it exactly like Ron showed in the video. Then I right click on it and choose "Bounce to clips". Just keep in mind it is destructive.

Also, with the clip selected, press Alt+K, which brings up the clip FX rack, right click and add the effect you'd like.
