Trouble when exporting as WAV sound to the PC

When I heare a cakewalk mixing through the M-Audio everything seems fine!
But when I export it as WAV sound and I Hear it on the WMP or VLC the sound seems much poorer!
Is buffering and much more confused like hearing an old record!
Enyone can explain the problem!

I had a few instances with the same thing...a loud buzzing sound and no mix.

Whatever is affecting the export also seems to be affecting the import of wave files.

When you say "poor", can you be more definite?
Is an effect missing (reverb, echo?)
    Is it distorted?
Is the equalization wrong? (too much/too little bass, or too much/too little highs)?
    Are some instruments missing?

More likely a new user has caught out by the complicated export dialog again.

Buzzing, distortion etc.  I have importing and exporting wave files successfully for many years...until this week that is.

Please explain what you are hearing in more detail.

It could be you are not including effects on export,
    it could be clipping,
you could be not including all tracks
... all very easy mistakes (and I and many others admit to stumbling time and again on the complex export dialog).

But with such a vague description it's impossible to know what to recommend.
I assume the mix itself sounds OK?

As I said in the beggining, the mix sound perfect when I hear it Through the M/Audio interface with my headphones!
Then I export it as WAV file to my PC!
When I hear the WAV file with the same headphones the sound is very much poor!
It-S not the name clear sound I hear on the M/Audio from the mix on Cakewalk!

Try importing the exported wav back into SONAR and play it using SONAR. If it sounds OK, the problem is the other playback software configuration not the wav.

I have had some issues with exports lower in volume . This is mostly because the  volume I mixed with is higher than the playback volume windows media player or similar. It might be helpful to balance the mixing volume of your interface mixer ( M-audio ) to compare with the playback volume of whatever you use to play back the wav file.

Make sure you check "all" when you export the wav.

You say the sound is " very much poor" . Please tell me how? In what way?  Make sure the bit rates and resolutions you selected can be played ok in WMP and VLC.
