bus question sonar platinum

So im using platinum..in my old daw cakewalk9 when i created a bus channel for the drum tracks..that bus fader would control overall volume of all the tracks assigned to it..if i brought bus fader to 0 the drums could not be heard...so now im in sonar created my bus channel assigned all drum tracks to it...but when brought to 0 i still hear the tracks..im sure im doing something wrong and its probably a simple fix..id like to have one fader control my drum tracks...any ideas ??

Hi. This sounds like a routing issue. How are you routing your drums? Do you use any sends?
    All the best.
