Dimension Pro 1.5 not showing in Sonar X3

Just installed DP 1.5 and it does not show in Sonar.  I ran it stand alone and registered it but Sonar does not see it.  I have the 64 bit version and when i installed and scanned vst in Sonar it shows one more plugin than before but it does not show in my softsynth vst list.  I saw another thread on this from years ago but nothing they discussed had any impact on my situation.  Any help would be much appreciated.

    If you go into the plug in manager, can you see Dim Pro in the VST Instruments?
