Having trouble with Sonar Professional and Addictive Drummer 2. HELP!

Full Disclosure: I'm a newb to this whole midi stuff, so please be patient with me! That said, I'm having trouble getting AD2 to actually make any audio when I drop the beat onto a track in Sonar. I have my audio driver setup correctly. I can hear sounds in the AD2 Module, and if I load just a general audio clip in Sonar, I can hear it. I simply cannot hear anything, nor does the DB meter show any movement when I drag and drop a beat from AD2 into Sonar. I can see the map, but there's no audio.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I'm not in front of my desktop but if memory serves there is the echo button on the track view that needs to be enabled(blue). I could be way off base but I remember that fixed my issue

Are you trying to control AD2 via MIDI, or are you wanting to use audio clips created by AD2?

And you do drop the beat on the MIDI track, not audio output track? Do you hear anything if you click a key in the Piano Roll View?

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
