8.53 and Splat. 32/64 Plugin manager

Anyone else have 8.53 and Splat (32 and 64bit) installed ?
If so, could you check:
 
Has the Splat plugin manager taken over your 8.53 install?
 
I have noticed that Plugin manager64 will sometimes open in 8.53(32).
Even weirder than that, So far, the normal utilities menu link to PM seems to open the correct 32 bit PM. However, the synth rack or insert menu links to PM will open the 64 bit version. However, even if the utilities link opens it, my plugs and menus are are all screwed up. Obviously this screws up lots of stuff.
 
So, could you please open Splat64, open the PM and dittle around. Close Splat.
Open 8.53(32), open PM via synth rack and see which PM version is running (32 or 64)? Thx.
 
A fix seems to be, that if I open Splat 32 and it's PM, close it, re-open 8.53(32) the PM is rectified.
 
Somehow the 2 Cakewalk versions are joined and that shouldn't be. This is a new install from Windows up.
 
That being said, Is there a way to completely remove everything Cakewalk from my installation. I have found various links but none of them address the various keys that are left inside Microsoft keys in the registry. They just recognize Cakewalk keys.
