BIAS Pedal Modulation Released
https://www.positivegrid..m/bias-pedal-modulation/ $59 introductory price if you own bias pedal (distortion or delay) you'll know what to expect, there is some simply awesome stuff in here, some awesome sounds, also some of what i would call ' psychedelic' type sounds, just from a quick ' as is' run through. the psychedelic type stuff is not really my thing, but of course they could be tweaked to something more desirable. some of the chorus and flanger stuff was just instantly . . . yeah . . . all excellent sound quality, but some just well . . . smacked me in the face with the sound and warmth, awesome. anyway, if you already own bias pedal, the modulation module will integrate straight in with that just as the equally awesome delay module did, and of course will all be available from within bias fx if you own it. as with the rest heaps of free downloadable content from the ' tone cloud' will become available, some from users, some from ' pro's' some nat so good and some awesomely good, and of course build your own A NEW KIND OF MODULATIONLike its ground-breaking predecessor BIAS Distortion and BIAS Delay, BIAS Modulation lets you quickly and easily design thousands of custom modulation pedals from scratch, and expand your BIAS Pedal arsenal for a seamlessly integrated ecosystem of distortion, delay and modulation effects. Wrapped in the same expandable BIAS Pedal shell as BIAS Distortion and BIAS Delay, BIAS Modulation is available both as a cross-platform plug-in and iPad app, which travels effortlessly between stage and studio. And of course, it’s ToneCloud-ready. Upload and share your unique modulation pedals on the ToneCloud social network, and download thousands of modulation sounds from fellow musicians around the world. With a rich and comprehensive effect types and customization possibilities, BIAS Modulation covers every ground – and beyond.
CUSTOM PEDAL DESIGNGet ready to craft your own soundscape from a comprehensive collection of modulation effects including Chorus, Vibrato, Flanger, Rotary, Phaser, Tremolo, Pan, RingMod and Autoswell. Go from subtle, analog-sounding vintage chorus to over-the-top tornado and anything in-between. The Power Module’s full-featured compressor pushes your riffs to the front of the band. Adjust your pedal’s virtual power source to deliver 18 volts for a relaxed, supple sound, or 6 volts to make your guitar tone sound like a beast straining on a leash! Experiment with different LFO waveforms from warm sounding Sine wave, edgy Triangular wave to stutter-ish Pulse(square) waveform. Two 8-band graphic equalizers can be placed at various points along the signal chain with drag-and-drop ease to finely sculpt your overall tone. BIAS Modulation gives you infinite tonal possibilities in a fast, intuitive interface.
DOUBLE THE FUNBIAS Modulation allows you to mix and match from two groups of modulation effects: 1st module includes time and filter-based effects (Chorus, Vibrato, Flanger, Rotary, Phaser), 2nd module includes amplitude modulations (Tremolo, Pan, RingMod and Autoswell), therefore, you can add a little chorused flavor to your tremolo, or create some truly unique, over-the-top sounds such as a heavily flanged stutter sound with slow attack. In the studio, sync BIAS Modulation to your DAW’s global BOM for modulation rate ranging from a 32nd-note to a whole note, including dotted notes and triplets.
BIAS FX INTEGRATIONBIAS Modulation seamlessly integrates with your BIAS FX mobile and desktop effects arsenals. It automatically imports your custom delay pedals into the BIAS FX pedalboards’ dual signal chains with dual BIAS amps. It also includes all of BIAS Pedal’s stock goodies, including Amp Room: six guitar amps from the rockin’ BIAS Amp to jam through. Thanks Grim!! Bias Fx Pro is my goto sim.....just love it and now thinking about getting this as well. I'm also not into the psychedelic stuff, but do like good fx. Are the fx's that come with this package the same as what's in FX Pro? Overall, do you think it's a good package/worth it?

hmmm, distortion works fine here (registered), and delay works in demo mode - but as soon as I try to load modulation, SONAR crashes immediately. I emailed Positive Grid...

Anyone else having trouble installing the v2.2.0.4013 BIAS Pedal 64-bit update? When I run the .msi file, it seems to hang with the "Computing space requirements" message showing. EDIT: Geez, that's one messed up installer. Finally got it to complete. What a PITA!

Yes, the installer is weird. I had the same thing with the last version (I've been using the distortion pedals). I've found that if you uninstall in add/remove programs first - the installer is a lot better.
I'm running the latest platinum update (2017.02), 64 bit on Windows 10 64 bit. It's weird how it only crashes when I try to access "modulation". Has anyone got it working? Demo or registered?

Thanks Grim. I just got an email from Positive Grid support, saying the same thing. It works fine now - I'll give it a whirl... ;-)
