With Time and Space I do this with packaged Toontrack Ezkeys Midi or Suoerior Midi.

In comments I write ((after purchase) write

Please email serial numbers only and refund shipping cost.

Always works as it is what was told to me in the very first instance. Only have to make sure you have the 6 of any pack rather than a set of specific 6 midis.

I didn't see the Best Service one either and ended up going with Thomann.de for EUR 57.
