Is there a Way To?

Is there way to cross fade/fades all clips in a track at once?  I have seen this done in ProTools?

I have seen guys do this in Pro Tools as well with some keyboard shortcuts. I don't know any keyboard shortcuts but if you look at this page it gives you some ideas on different ways to do it.

The process menu steps looks like the closest thing.

     You can
    1. Select the clip or clips in which you want to create or edit fade-ins and/or fade-outs.
    2. Select Process > Fade Selected Clips.
    3. Click the Track view Clips menu and choose Fade Clips to open the Fade Selected Clips dialog box.
    4. Adjust parameters according to the following table.

Select all clips and then goto th clips menu and select Fade Clips.  I created a shortcut (Fade Selected Clips) on the 'U' key for this.
There is also a way to set the default fade in/out time, but I can't remember how I did this at the moment.

Highlight all clips (either lasso the ones you want, or cntrl click each clip, or cntrl 'a' to select all clips) then click towards the top of the front or back of one of those clips and All clips will crossfade. Another option would be to automate the volume output on the Master bus. I figured you were going for the crossfades on the clips though.

I selected 'only show if pressing SHIFT' in the Fade selected clips menu. That's why I couldn't  find the settings.

The nice thing about this is that I just set the Fade in and out time once and each time I press the 'U' key it fades my clips in and out at 40ms.
