Exporting question

I have a song I am sending for mastering. They request an uncompressed WAV file 44.1 to 96K and 16-24 bit.
 
I am planning to send a 16Bit / 44.1 file, but what do they mean by "Uncompressed"? Is there something special I choose when exporting in Sonar?

    It means they want a regular wav file like you would normally export from SONAR. They do not want an mp3 or other compressed format.
