2x Over-sampling broken

Each Time I open my new project and 2x oversampling is enabled, the software freezes and there is no MIDI being registered from the MIDI keyboard.  Only when I open the project without oversampling, does it work correctly...

Intel Core i7-5820K Hex/6 core

    Update : The issue happens when oversampling is enabled on the FabFilter plugins.

    Update 2 : messes up the presets of my synths as well
