Whilst probably not absolutely top of the range, I have East West Quantum Leap Brass which has a good range of Sax's with good articulations, over-blown, raspy, etc.

Exactly what "Bryan Ferry Sax" lines are you trying to emulate?  He's gone through a few very different players over the years.
He's a huge influence on me, and I think it shows in my songs.  I'm using Kontakt Session Horns Pro for my tracks:  https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/cinematic/session-horns-pro/.
Session Horns doesn't have a Soprano Sax, so if you're after the Andy Mackay theme, it won't be a lot of help.

In addition to what has been mentioned there are horns like Straight ahead jazz horns, mojo horn section, Chris Hein and other that may approach what you want. I don't have any of these, but I keep thinking about them.

For a sax section, there are quite a few vsti's, like those already mentioned, that can do a good job (Depending on the skill of the producer).

For solo sax, you want Samplemodelling's Mr Sax or the Saxophones.  Audio demo here:
