FX bin on/off not responding to multi-select + Ctrl-click

FX bin on/off not responding to multi-select + Ctrl-click

If I select multiple tracks, I can press Ctrl and then click on, or change, most controls, and all will change in tandem.
 
But not the FX Bin on/off.
 
Is this an oversight by the original programmer? Or am I missing something?
 
I cloned 64 tracks. Now I have to change all FX bins individually.

    Smart Swipe is working for FX bin on/off. That's even faster then multi-select + ctrl (which is also not working for me in this case).

    On 64 tracks Ctrl+A, Ctrl+click is speedier.
