Crash issues when using PLAY sets

When using the Play set template in live performance....my audio and SONAR crashes. I have an ASUS (AMD A10 7th gen) with 12g RAM 11.5 usable and am using ASAIO4all v2.
SHould my RAM be higher?
when i run the individual songs there is generally no problem.

i am wondering if i may be using too many VST's in the file??? dunno I am a long cakewalk 9 user (old school midi gear) but rather new to SONAR and the VST use.

Any suggestions or help would be awesome. thanks in advance.

For live I would recommend freezing all your synth tracks to audio.
Live playback of midi has always had it's ups and downs. Stuck notes and the dreaded wrong sounds. I would never go back to those days.

    Welcome to the forum!

+1 For what Johnny said. Bounce your VST synths to audio before using the playlist. Your projects will load much faster as well. The problem is that with an enabled paylist Sonar loads the next project whilst the current one is playing. It doesn't take many VST synths to wreak havoc with this process.

Midi playback tracks that go to external gear or other software are of course no problem.
