[CWBRN-31075] - What do I need to do to make Fault Reporter be able to submit bugs?

Every time I've tried to use Fault Reporter to send a crash dump to Cakewalk, Fault reporter tells me "A connection error has occurred and we could not process your request." and sends me to a URL on the website where I can fill out a problem report.  I've seen other users also report Fault Reporter as failing.  is there some configuration magic I need to do to make it so crashes can be sent directly?  Is this a new Sonar Platinum bug?  Has it been reported?

I have seen this as well.
Next time I'll see if the firewall setting affect it.

same problem here and I'm sure I have no firewall for outgoing connections.
I got the same problems in X3 too.

It's not the firewall.  I only use the stock Microsoft Firewall and I went in and added full exceptions for FaultReporter.  Running Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4(scans all network traffic on the packet level) the end of the conversation with Cakewalk is this HTTP Error 500:

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8

It's a Cakewalk issue and they need to fix it.

OK... Looks like nulls are being sent or maybe the database value type is not compatible.
Log it in problem reporter please...

This is very frustrating for me as well. I had one or two auto-generated Problem Reports sent from X3e, but since I upgraded to Platinum, I get this error window instead. Maybe it's just that Platinum isn't yet in their Problem Reporter database? I don't know, but I can't spend a lot of time in the first month of membership jumping through hoops to report a problem. I'm trying to spend my (limited) time using the program.

Constant problem here.
Very frustrating when you get 9-10 crashes in a hour, as I recently did, and not one of them would send!

Well what's the behaviour after the update?
Has it changed?
Thanks.

Same problem - fully updated Platinum as/of March 21st, 2017.

Cakewalk dont seem to care about much nowadays.  I mean something as basic as saving Screenshots and screen layouts has been broken for awhile.  With all their "packaging" and pricing scheme changes, looks to me like they are floundering.

Fault reporter comes with SONAR but it is a separate module based on .net.
Would need the specific failure to troubleshoot further, please contact support for this and any other issues.
Thanks.
