Roger That!

You're flying your F-15, now about 20 miles south of Bablyon.  The sun is setting and just about to go down.  The sky is a firey orange.  Below is a vast sea of sand. You steer your plane towards the west and suddenly a foo fighter is next to you out your left window!  (not Dave Grohl on a bike...)  You watch as the sun slowly sinks over the horizon, feeling reassured.

I'm not sure if that's sterile or ripe pastiche. So I'll not choose.

    At least it was fun.

At least it isn't synth doodling or ambient noodling.......

Oh... Wait... Is that some synth doodling I can hear??!

    Could be a fight brewing......

Definitely some enjoyable bits in here

Interesting piece...doesn't really evoke the description above in any way, unless the plane is lurching through some pretty queasy turbulence...

Not looking for verisimilitude as much as approximation.  I don't write onomatopoeia.  This isn't a computer game furchrisakes.  :D:D (although there is a theory that we all live in a big computer game played by zeus's cousin)

One never know quite which wall you might be slightly off when playing one of your tracks David.

This was definitely off one of the more remote walls, like James did not invoke any of the imaginary suggested at in the introduction but as you stated later this does not need to be the case.

Thanks for sharing, I think (occasionally).

I like that it's odd. Now I've done something that scares me for today, back to normality.
