Looping a problem with Sonar

Hi I like latest PRV it is very very good. However looping is still difficult. If I create a yellow selected region and do SHIFT + L to loop and record with sound on sound, I hear what I am playing and what I have played when looping, but can not see what I am previously played until I press stop button. It is the same with take lane .

I notice similar thing happening with audio tracks.
But I want to see what I am playing or recording when looping, and I want to adjust while I record.
 
Please please can we have this now Cakewalk is looking at MIDI and take lanes. I already know there are other methods to do this, but I really want to do it this way with Sonar my favorite DAW. I do not see similar problem with other DAWs. I hope many will agree with me who loop beats. Thanks for consideration.
