Update has caused me to lose True Pianos

I have just updated to the latest and, on opening any relevant project, my True Pianos instrument has reverted to the basic cakewalk version.
I have purchased the full version of the program which gives me another 6 or so (and fantastic) variants and these are not now available.
The standalone version still works fine so the instrument itself is ok, it's just Cakewalk that has lost the purchased version, or is refusing to find/add the other dll's associated with the instrument.
I've done a VST rescan and a reinstall, but no luck. The only thing I haven't tried yet is a roll back but I would rather fix this if possible.
I wonder if anyone else could confirm that their update of TP has not created an issue.
This has happened before on my system with TH2, when an update reverted to the basic version when in fact I had upgraded to the full version. I can't remember how I fixed it but I think it was fixed in a later update.
TH2 was not such a big issue for me, but being a piano player I do use True Pianos a lot. It uses very little resources and I use it almost exclusively for sketching out the beginning of projects.
I am still on a 32bit install here so that could be a contributing factor, I don't know.
Any help much appreciated.

Update: It seems this is system specific. The laptop has just finished its update and True Pianos (the full version) is available and working ok. It's virtually an identical install as I often transfer my projects after tracking so I can mix on the laptop.
I'm going to have to try a few other things.
I would still like to know if anyone has had any of the same issues.

Solved. I'm not quite sure how to edit the post so it states that the problem is solved.

I rolled back to the previous version of Platinum and was disappointed to find the problem, which wasn't there before, now persisted after the roll back. So, I reinstalled the update and found that Platinum had now found the updated version of True Pianos and I now have a fully functioning version.

Awesome. I've always had the "Murphy's Law" attitude that updating every month to a new version of any software was going to cause problems at some stage. The law of averages was never going to be in my favour. However, I must say that I've only had a couple of problems over the last 2 years or so and these have been fixed fairly promptly.

To mark as solved, edit the initial post and modify the subject
