Hostgator customer services

This is so typical of every interaction I've ever had with them:

1:30:12 PM James Phillips Hi I would like to close down my entire Hostgator account and cancel all services
1:30:54 PM Shaquail H Hello, my name is Shaquail and I am a Customer Loyalty Administrator, can I please have you to verify your account?
1:31:30 PM James Phillips Just did it
1:32:50 PM Shaquail H May I ask if there was any specific reason for cancelling?
1:33:18 PM James Phillips Don't need it - I'm now with another hosting company and domain provider
1:33:23 PM Shaquail H Maybe there is something that I can assist with. Are you interested in setting up a new project?

    I have never had any issues with them - at least none that I would need to contact support.
     
    Mind if I ask which hosting company you plan to use now?

    Mind if I ask which hosting company you plan to use now?





    I'm using Cloudways/Vultr. It's a little more complicated to set up, but you can choose the location of your server and it's blazing fast.
