bus tube saturation (bus: reverb)

On most of my projects before I can open it I get a "missing plug-in" warning for bus tube saturation (bus: reverb), but I can't figure out how to clear this, searched Google and here, maybe I'm just not wording it right.

Athlon II X4 640 3.00
Ram=16Gb
Windows 7 Home Premium Svx 1 64bit
Presonus AudioBox USB
Akai MPK261
Sonar X3  X3e build 244 64bit

    Try a plugin rescan? That sounds like the built-in SONAR plugins that are giving you trouble.

    I'll try that. I've just been ignoring this issue for a long time, I'm sure I've done multiple scans over the months, but I'll try that again.

    if the rescan doesn't do it, then do a reset and rescan.
