[Solved] create groove clip stretches audio..?

Place single clap on beat 2, then on beat 4.  bounce to clips.  strect new clip to both previous and end of bar line.  Bounce to clips.  Right click, choose create groove clip for looping.  New clip is stretched out sometimes almost 2x the length.  What am I doing wrong.

Probably nothing. Sometimes SONAR gets the number of beats wrong. Open the clip in the Loop Construction view and fix the Beats entry.

Found it - never mind... you have to bounce it to a groove clip... and THEN manually enter the proper number of beats....

yup use the inspector and add the beat counts in there.
sonar is usually pretty good but once in a while it needs some help calculating.
