Moving midi notes

Did something happen with the 2017-03 Platinum update that changes the ability to move midi notes? I used to be able to select some notes, click the move tool, and drag them around. Now it appears the move tool doesn't even work. Most likely I've misconfigured something somehow. I'm trying to move my AD snare notes to another snare. Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks,

Don

Anyway...I just updated just to check this and it made no difference, if I tried to move selected stuff in Piano Roll View.

FWIW it works perfectly here, same as before. Maybe you got a bad download?

The reason people say the vinyl sounds better is because the music was better.

For crying out loud. I am an idiot. Thank you promidi - I had played with the step sequencer some time ago when I started this track and forgot about it. I deleted the steps, returned to PRV, laid down some notes and was able to move them. Everything seems obvious once you know - otherwise ... mystery.

Thanks to everyone for your help. Someday maybe I'll know enough to answer someone else's question. But at this rate, I'm not holding my breath.

Thanks all!
