How can I do in sonar platinum

This is my first time I use DAW with sonar platinum and MIDI controller Nektar impact 61+. I see demo that I can use controller instead of mouse for controll platinum, however, I don't know how can do it. Can anybody tell me what is the setting. Tks a lot

    The best thing to do is find a Youtube video on how to set up a MIDI controller in Sonar.  Also, there might be a tutorial with Sonar that explains how to do it.
