help........wave forms changed

help........wave forms changed

last night was working on a song and hit some button and now all my track lines show as solid colors and not the wav forms......please help

    Hi. Try double clicking on the scale next to the fx bin.

    Choose View > Display, and then make sure "Display Clip Contents" is checked.
