I'm getting behind with these. Should I use the others I own first?

I would. The more familiar you get with EZKeys and their MIDI files, the more you'll want to get others. I'd wait for a good no brainer sale on the Piano's and in the meantime get a generic MIDI 6 pack......you can use it anytime you want.
Or, just be like Bapu and buy everything in sight.
