registering my sonar 7 pro edition?

Hi i have had my sonar 7 pro edition as new 2009 although i have set product number its now saying that i need to register it or i wont be able to  use it.as it wont unless i do register it ?. is there a number contact or another way around? as i use a music computer cpu but do have a laptop but the sonar 7 is quite old now..the old contact numbers dont exist  any help much appreciated.

Presumably you registered it previously. Try login in to your Store Account and see if the activation code is listed there.

If not contact customer support with your details.

Hi i need to re-register my sonar 7 pro ed went into support register products said my number is already registered but my sonar is telling me to register but i already have.. it has been unloaded a reloaded  a couple of times.. would that make any difference? as its now saying i cannot use it unless i put the registration code in ..from here im lost help please would really help ..would it be worth buying a much later version of sonar pro and starting again ?? if i could get around keeping my sonar pro ed i would  many thanks ,i have a laptop but my sonar is on cpu music only windows xp.

Check your account to get your registration code. This code must be entered in SONAR to complete the registration.

You should be able to log in to your account and see your private info in there.
If you have anymore questions just ask. (I checked my account yesterday and Sonar 7 was in there) couldn't download it but my serials, exc were there.

You can only register a product one time. For older products you need to get the registration code from your account.

Looks like I posted the same time as you did (pretty much the same answer) you can remove that one if you'd like.

It has been registered to me before under a different email adress but that was ages ago it ses this product is licensed to another person  but i was that other person i aint got a clue how to retrieve it cos without it i cant use my own product  there has to be another way ?? could a music shop help retrieve it for me if they reload it ??

And is it not true you need to run as administrator before entering the activation code. 
 
For my old versions, Guitar Studio, Sonar 7 and 8.5. I have the 2 sets of numbers. One is serial # you enter during install. The second number you enter the first time you open Sonar,, but you need to run as administrator or it won't let you.
