Running two for the same Korg nano devices at the same time?

Has anyone ever run two of the same Korg Nano devices at the same time? I have both the NanoPad2 and the NanoKeys2, are they both run at the same time on Sonar. Ants ate the contact points in the nanoKey, so only 2/3rds of the keys work. I'm thinking of getting a second NanoPad, as I think having 32 pads would be handy. I'm concerned that the same device may not been seen, and searches show that issues occur on software such as Tractor.
 
I've wondered about the Novation Lauchpads too, but the mini at least is not touch sensitive, with is a must.
