Midi note does not freeze/bounce

Hello. I have a midi file that is running fine and trigger what it's supposed to. However when I try to freeze the synth It leaves out a note, and I get a sund gap in the audio clip. I've tried to write in new notes and copy other notes, but still the gap. Interestingly, I tried to move the whole MINI clip, and the hole was locked to the time in the project, not the clip, eg. the hole changed location in the clip.

What I've done:
- Increased buffersize all around, inkluding 10 000 ms
- Increased and moved ASIO Buffer size including highest setting.
- Checked that its no changes in tempo, meter or key signature
- Bouncing the track, but still the gap
 
I'm using a Babyface. The synths are Native instruments Kontrol vst running RAZOR.

Any tip in dealing with this?
