Video starts playback during count in and other sync with timeline issues, anything fixed?

Put some markers at different scenes in video - that is not the same place next time I started Sonar?
Off by a couple of bars.
From what I discovered, after some free positioning in timeline of now-cursorbar it suddenly is not play the right frames.
Best way I can describe it.
 
During count in - video starts a bit so not in sync with actual position in realtime when record starts?
 
If I exit and restart Sonar and place markers when just playing back video, or adjust existing one being wrong - it seems to be ok.
So it repeated reposition of now marker or something that affect Sonar loosing track which frame to start playing at.
 
Project is 48k, and video 1920x1080 25 fps.
 
Anything of this addressen in the last 15 months since my Sonar Artist 2016-01?
