Ongoing (for almost 10 years now) issue with selecting multplugins from the Plugin Manager

There is an ongoing issue within the track manager.
The problem is that when you need to modify plugins that you have moved into your selection area (right side)
When you try to select multiple plugins the following happens:

1. There is always at least 1 plugin that loses it's selection and does not get modified
2. you cannot select a great number of plugins to move or else there will be more than one plugin left unmodified.

This issue is at least 8 years old, and I wish that someone would finally fix it.  I have reported this on at least two occaissions...
