Can't add tracks in PRV

Can't add tracks in PRV

I'm using 2017.04 and can't seem to figure out how to add tracks in PRV with the new filter.  Add all tracks is greyed out.  Am I missing something simple?

    No, but I think it has to do with me using a pre 2017.04 template.  When I start a new project everything is fine.  When I use an older template the problem arises.
