SONAR Plat. - right clicking fx bin w/ pre-existing effect sets uiContext to UIC_PLUGIN.

Unlike lesser SONARS, X1,X2,X3 for example, SONAR Platinum sets uiContext to UIC_PLUGIN when right clicking in an effects bin when there is a pre-existing effect in that bin. ACT focus is also incorrectly set to the knobs of that pre-existing effect at the moment of right click. This setting of uiContext to UIC_PLUGIN (checked via GetCurrentContext()) is prematurely set and should not change from UIC_CONSOLEVIEW or UIC_TRACKVIEW until the user actually selects the new plugin via left click. or not at all as in the case of an aborted effect selection.
