Automation Lane Mute?

I know I should post this in the Bakery, but I thought I'd test the water here first.

I do a lot of experimental stuff and some of my tracks can have anything from five to ten automation lanes for send levels and other stuff.

Sometimes I just want to momentarily mute an automation, just to try something, and last night I thought, it would be nice to have a mute button on each automation lane.

Anyone else think this might be worth asking for?

cheers

I believe if you deselect the R (read) button in the automation lane that should work for you.

How would it differ from the Read button?

Ah, okay, I saw the "Read" button and didn't think of finding out what it was for

Not the first time I've made an A*** of myself, and won't be the last

The doc is a good place to start. BTW, removing the characters after SONAR and before the &language... from the url often creates a valid link to the same part of the current documentation.
